It is imperative that you do not contact the hospitals directly. It is more effective to contact the chiropractors with privileges and/or the AAHC for help.

Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center in Secaucus and East Orange General Hospital both have chiropractors on staff who have Emergency Department privileges.
Dr. Joseph DeFazio is the full time chiropractor at the Hackensack University Hospital Center for Health and Healing.
Dr. Victor Verlezza, Chief of Chiropractic at East Orange General Hospital advises us that they have achieved the "Triple Crown." The chiropractic department has been awarded privileges in the ED, OR and inpatient wards.
